We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the free parking and the healthy breakfast options. The room was very clean and comfortable, with excellent shower pressure and heat. The food was also great, with a variety of local dishes and fresh ingredients. the hotel's location was conveniently close to both the city center and the airport.
The Wi-Fi was patchy and unreliable, which was frustrating for someone who needed to stay connected for work. some of the local services and vendors in the area tended to overcharge non-Swahili speakers, which was a bit of a nuisance.
